Once you've signed up we'll book in a discovery call — usually within a few days. After that I'll get your tech set up, learn your business, and have your first email ready within two weeks. It's a quick, easy process and I'll be with you at every step.
Yes — that's the whole point. The discovery call is where I really get to know how you talk, what you care about, and how your clients relate to you. You'll also review every email before it goes out, so if something doesn't sound right, we tweak it. Most clients are surprised by how quickly I nail their voice.
Absolutely. Lots of clients start on Start or Grow and upgrade once they see the results. There's no long-term contract — just a monthly rolling arrangement. You can upgrade, pause, or have a chat about changing things at any time.
Very little — that's the idea. I'll send you a quick message at the start of each month to check if there's anything specific you want to shout about (a new treatment, a promotion, a seasonal offer). Then I handle everything else. Your only job is a quick read-through before I hit send.
